Re: freeciv-web bugs
I have released a new version of Freeciv-web to the production server now. I wonder if you could please give it a try, and report the most important things that you think should be improved in the game? About your comments: "Buttons behave funky" - do you still get this problem? You said i...
Re: Longturn
Point by point: 1) I believe that the Greatturn code should be released to the general public, and my plan is to do do just that. I'm very glad to hear that Greatturn will be open source! I'm sure that more people will help working on Greatturn when the source code is available. How is the progress...

Hi there Grime! Great job on securing the Greatturn source code. Here are some suggestions: - I strongly suggest you put the source-code of Greatturn on Github or some other public source code repository. Freeciv is open source software released under the GNU General Public License. From Wikipedia: ...

Re: Freeciv-web ruleset
After some more testing, it seems the tech problem stems from the huts. Whenever any player moves on to a hut, every player gets a tech advance! I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Are you sure that this happens for you? For example, I created a game with 30 AI players, and used the ser...

Re: Freeciv-web ruleset
andreas: Which freeciv server revision is in use currently? Pepeto has been making changes to research code, especially to team pooled research recently. I wonder if this could be related (hut techs getting "pooled" to everyone) Freeciv-web uses Freeciv SVN revision 25697 . It is maybe on...

Re: Freeciv-web ruleset
I'll try to get this fixed as soon as possible. Do you have an example of researching something which shows that the research speed is currently too high in the latest version of Freeciv-web? Do you know which ruleset setting or file that the research speed is affected by? There is the "science...

Re: Wonders Become Unavailable
Hi dbsoule55! Thanks for the bugreport to Freeciv-web. Could you please give me a little more information about this problem of building wonders. I am able to build wonders when I tested it just now. For example, start a new game, research Masonry, then you are allowed to build the Pyramids. However...
