About brutality of war multiplier, I think the effect of unhappiness could be greater for people living in our country with nationality we were in war. Maybe introduce some counter in future, so we count how many negatives/destruction we made for our opponent and people gets more angry if this meter...

I propose two new multipliers: 1. Brutality of the war Increase combat strength, but generate additional unhappiness and causes more pop loss and building loss, when attacking enemy cities 2. War tactics Decrease attack strength period, so if higher, we got less (standard_damage-x;standard_damage+x)...

This will make game better, especially in asking unknown player to do a mission - mission creator also will be unknown for other players. We may asks to conquer some city or raze it (if somebody implement such option), sabotage city's production, etc.

Maybe just add wrapper/GUI for some preprocessor, like C preprocessor?
