Killstack is realistic. Imagine drops build a camp and what? Only some units will stay alert in this camp. Other units are rest, etc.

I introduce patch, which allow some units to escape instead of being killed in killstack, but I don't know about state of this patch.

Many years ago there's option to enable meanwhile moving for many players for multiplayer games. Game check movement point and check there can be met. If so, player play in turn mode. This idea is about introducing technology level and use it with multipliers. What about I said? There's technology called nuclear fusion, which can be researched many times. Imagine, player can research replaceable parts many times(for example three times) to decrease production cost of some units. ...

In early freeciv version and in Civilization we had player's reputation and Eivels Tower, which increase reputation. Because in freeciv-3 we will had policies, we can allow/disallow slavery depending on personal freedom settings.

Unhappiness about enemy military unit in city border

I don't know, there's unhappiness about enemy unit in city border, but it should be. Unhappiness should be calculated by power of enemy units in city border and friendly units in city border.

There my opinion about cities slavers: 1. Slavers always are unhappiness, but he/she isn't counted in civilization size 2. Military units force slavers to be happy in each government 3. Maybe give a chance to create partisans in city center instead of destroying city, when action destroy city is performed(of course, player should have access to partisan unit).
