If the command prompt is on, it means you started the server. If you mean start the game, you can do that from both the client and the server (I think) by typing /start.

Done. it's empty because I wasn't following that part so people - or one "admin" - can enter the bugs/fix requests on their own.

Well, if I had to ask for one, then That One Fix would be: give me full data on current production in the form "Archers (19/30)".

Would it help if I made a list and prioritized it and let other people give their priorities?

Firstly, start the server. It's a program that is included in the standard FreeCiv Windows package. Then find out the IP address of the computer you're running it on. Minimizing? When you click on it corner and it disappears from view, but there is a marker on the screen that, when you click, the window returns to its previous size.
