Today I've updated my old Europe scenario: 1 new nation and 2 new cities... and a lot of labels. Is it possible to forbid build a city (colony) from the file?

Can you tell us about their origin, just in case. We need to be sure that you have rights to releases them under GPLv2+ before they can be included to freeciv.
