Though it could be discussed wheter trade routes should be possible with players you are at war with. When traderoutes were originally disabled from various multiplayer game types, there was not much possibilities to mod trade rules. Since then there's many trade rules moddability improvements made...

Now that freeciv lives in a git repository, newer msys2 environment versions can and should be used. Now that freeciv git repository is online; let's setup build environment from git. Unfortunately Linux Mint 17 git is so old it does not have 'worktree' feature, which is used in my usual setups. So this is a bit restricted setup: > sudo apt-get install git > cd freeciv > git clone https://github.co...
