A new version of Freeciv-web + WebGL was released to the production server https://play.freeciv.org today. There are many updates, see the Full changelog on GitHub . Re: LongTurn Web X on play.freeciv.org

Just wondering where I can see the number of the players? Here the web page shows that there are 300 players for X and 298 for Game 8. You can find it here . Or you could just join the game. 8-) (The 300 number on the main page includes new, unused nations which are available for new players also)

Re: Multiplayer PBEM Diplomacy Bug Still There

PBEM games on Freeciv-web was initially a 2 player duel, where the winner got points in the ranking table. In a 2 player duel, the idea at the time was that diplomacy was not needed. Also, it didn't work at the time, if I recall. Anyone is free to submit pull-requests to improve this.

Re: Multiplayer PBEM Diplomacy Bug Still There

Is there a specific reason for not supporting diplomacy in PBEM ? Is it a bug ? Diplomacy isn't working in PBEM games, because the diplomacy code in Freeciv was developed a long time ago before Freeciv-web got PBEM support, and no one has done the development work to implement diplomacy support for...

Re: LongTurn Game 8 for Freeciv-web

You use a patch applied on the fly to double move rates – why not add another one for the next game to activate tech leak? Having a good process for handling suggestions from users is important so that the issues can be handled appropriately. That process involves submitting suggestions to the offi...

Re: LongTurn Game 8 for Freeciv-web

Hostedredmine is the way that you as a user can request changes to Freeciv and Freeciv-web. Please use it. This will also involve the other Freeciv developers. Freeciv-web will use the multiplayer ruleset for LongTurn games, and Hostedredmine is the way to suggest changes to that.
