If you want to do diplomacy for countries via the editor make sure the ai is off. Disable him, do the diplomacy part and reactivate him. It's cumbersome... I mentioned that the AI wont do science research or learn or do anything. it's just not advancing at all and I can't give or force any ai to re...

moving the map with arrow keys

when I use the mouse wheel or right click around, it's not fun. if I could use the arrow keys to smoothly fly around and see everything I want, that would make the game less frustrating and more fun. :)
