If you want to do diplomacy for countries via the editor make sure the ai is off. Disable him, do the diplomacy part and reactivate him. It's cumbersome... moving the map with arrow keys
when I use the mouse wheel or right click around, it's not fun. if I could use the arrow keys to smoothly fly around and see everything I want, that would make the game less frustrating and more fun.
