@ cazfi: +1 for the intriguing reasoning. I like the proposed name.

Though I remain open to other propositions too, perhaps a little shorter than Human Paths.

It feels odd to me that our international trademark law is so strict. For my limited knowledge, there is some tolerance. "Civilization" is a natural, non-artificial English word and I remember reading that natural words may not be "owned", in contrast with synthetic words. I woul...

Oh sorry, English commonly uses A.D. in dates in fact. It is "Ante Christum" what my thoughts were referring to, which means "Before Christ", and is perfectly intelligible in Italian, which becomes "avanti Cristo" (a.C.), though "ante" is still contemporary It...

Anno domini is common italian too, however from my experience nobody understand its meaning beside italians. Orbs most closely sounds like orbo to my mind.
