There will be a need of sprites for goto paths:
  • goto turn number don't have real sprite currently;
  • Need also sprites for goto turn number with exhausted moves points;
  • Needed graphics for waypoints.

You can disable diplomacy with setting 'diplomacy' to DISABLED. You might also set teams. But currently, there is no way to disable alliance.

You can also notice that revision 22401 may have fixed a similar problem, but it's still not included in 2.3.4.
