Inconsistant UI
With the production window open in a city, I can usually reorder what I want to build by dragging around the build items. But sometimes I lose this ability and the items cannot be dragged. Is this a bug? If not, how can I fix it?

Re: how do i select a city with troops ?
Clicking on a city always 'selects' it. If you want to activate a unit in the city, click on the unit and select 'Activate.' Hope this helps.

Re: Replacing AI Nations
Thanks JTN. I'll look forward to trying that in my next game. I assume that you can't change them in the middle of a game.

Replacing AI Nations
Is it possible, before a game starts, to replace 'AI' nations with others that I would prefer? If so, How?

Re: Most Cities Are '0/4'
Thank you Ozor Mox. I believe you are correct. The city in question was captured by an AI. After I recaptured it, I noticed that there was a trade route established. Seems strange though that one city would trade with an enemy city. Thanks again.

Most Cities Are '0/4'
To the right of my city names in red is the fraction '0/4.' One city shows '1/4' in green. Does anyone know what this fraction represents?

Re: Entire Planet Sinking Into the Sea
Thanx for the info Cazfi. I suspected that it was global warming caused by pollution. I believe that I had my settings off a bit, so the pollution warnings went unnoticed. Interesting though to see the tiles just sinking into the sea.

Entire Planet Sinking Into the Sea
Around the year 2100 my entire planet landmass has begun sinking into the sea. Is this normal? I am a newbie playing my first game (tutorial).
