IT WORKS 
I made a stupid bug, that .serv file was still including default ruleset, after fixing the path, everything works fine!

Newbie question :) I do not get how to add a new any item. Simple example: 1. I copy default ruleset to another directory 2. I made a file ruleset.serv so it is visible within the game 3.
