Re: How do the paths to victory work on MP2 variants?
Wieder, There are no known “metas” or meta-strategies in MP2d. There hasn't been a single winner in MP2d yet. You also seem ignorant that MP2 strives to have very diverse ways to win, depending on context. If inbalances are found, the directive is to correct it, not chat about it here with people wi...

Re: How do the paths to victory work on MP2 variants?
Wieder,
MP2-D is just out. There is not a small enough set of paths to victory that they could be listed. If your ruleset had a small enough set, would you publish them before people had time to enjoy figuring out their own winning strategies for themselves?

Re: How do the paths to victory work on MP2 variants?
You seem to think declaring that you're not an expert, makes you immune to counter-arguments. The point isn't to prove you're not an expert, but to refute your claims, which are misleading. You should know better than to claim that the game is decided at turn 30. I once latejoined at turn 27 and sti...

Re: Excited to Start
The easiest way to play multiplayer games on freecivweb.org. Unless you specifically want to use the desktop client of course. Another advantage of freecivweb.org is that you can play the Muliplayer 2 evolution rulesets there, that aren't available on the desktop client. MP2 rulesets are based on th...

Re: Source code for Freeciv-web running on Freecivweb.org
We see that our terms of service and repository policy has caused controversy whether they are in compliance with AGPL or not. We think they are, others state that they are not. When we asked that it be pointed out exactly how they do, we have not received any valid response. We are not interested i...
