Another issue with barbarians is lack of sea unit flag, which guarantee spawning such unit if certain tech level i achieved by any player.
Such flag exists for land units, but not sea ones.

Currenlty map generater takes terrain properties (such as property_dry, property_wet, property_tropical etc) as alternatives, if some different properties are defined, terrain would spawn if one of them falls into conditions. But it is often hard or even impossible to define terrain, which would not...

Bad idea in case of multiplayer games, because is exploitable (one may intentionally change diplomatic state just to gain effect of jumping units.

It is disabled to sell all buildings in 1 turn due to obvious reasons - attacking player should get some loot.

You can enable messages not only for surviving/lost attack, but also for results of your own attack.
And clicking at message will focus map view at the place of incident - is it what you asked for?
